Marsha Burch is an environmental attorney who specializes in natural resources, land use, and
environmental review. She received a JD from the University of Colorado in Boulder in 1991.
Marsha was raised in the Sierra Foothills and spends work hours focused on environmental
issues facing the Tahoe Basin and other areas of Northern California. She also enjoys spending
time with her family, hiking and fishing, and is engaged in the community through service
organizations and non-profit work.
