Josh Zupan

Josh was born and raised in Northern California, spending his childhood exploring the foothills and central valley along Highway 80. He graduated from UC Santa Cruz in 2020 where he received a B.S. in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology along with a B.A. in Art. After college, Josh worked two seasons of vegetation surveys in the Great Basin while pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Science Illustration from CSU Monterey Bay. As a Restoration Technician, Josh is helping on a handful of projects where he hopes to put his efforts toward establishing resilient and diverse landscapes. In his free time, Josh enjoys hiking, botanizing, catching bugs, and making illustrations.
