Poyom Riles is a Water Resources Engineer who specializes in Water Resources Planning, Stream Restoration, Hydrology, and sustainability. He received his MS in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University in 2009. Poyom is also a father, a gardener, an artist, a permaculture professional and he is passionate about engaging his community in understanding and caring for the land on which they live.
